Since the terrorist attack on the World Trade Centre, hundreds of thousands of people have visited Ground Zero, in order to see the site of the attack and to mourn the thousands of people who died there. A memorial is being planned, which will include five huge skyscrapers at the site. At the centre will be a towering skyscraper that will soar above the New York skyline to an impressive 540 metres. The Freedom Tower, as it is called, will be the highest tower in the United States. It will symbolise the country's freedom and independence, and its refusal to be intimidated by terrorists.
Your Task: Atocha Station in Madrid could attract dark tourism too, as it was one of the sites of the tragic bomb attacks in 2004.
